Regarding the craze of Christian preachers who have been pricked and have started preaching hard against conspiracies. I recently seen a local Alexandrian congregation spout the notion "that all conspiracies are bad, wrong, and will lead you into mistrusting your fellow man. However here is a list of conspiracies in the bible which turned out to be true."
Then lists times when Judah's state leaders were leading them astray, Ezek 8's religious conspiracy etc.
Remember when a man messes with the book, God messes with his mind.
I figure its because in this day and age more conspiracies are looking more and more likely, especially as we are so close to the crazy time of Daniels 70th week. As such they double down on their blindness for they are terrified that the state is hiding who it works for. This goes against the boomer mentality that everything's OK, there's nothing going on to worry about, God is love etc etc (Hos 4.6, Prov 19.2) meanwhile us crazy bible believing types are looking more and more verified and justified (Gal 4.16)
The next stage of Alexandrian blindness is the complete worship of the state (Ezek 14.1-11, Eph 4.18) in their deception (based on carnal comfort at all costs - Rom 8.7, Psalm 122.7, Rev 3.17) they believe the state has the citizens best interests at heart and as such throw out any evidence to the contrary with the notion of it being a 'conspiracy theory'.
