(That was to the tune of rawhide, by the way)
1 Thessalonians 2:13
For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.
That is the only difference between us King James, rightly dividing, Bible believing dispensationalists* and them. when it doesn't 'effectually work' in a Christian however...
Revelation 3:14-19
And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; 15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
Lao, Lao Laodicea!
The personality of the end times lukewarm christian as found spiritually through the old testament.
Lev 5.15 - When they're at the judgement seat saying they 'knew no better'
Lev 20.26 - you NEED to separate from them
Judges 15.16 -Alexandrian preachers do the same, with the same equipment.
1 kings 12.28-33 - they listen to Hillsong and Bethel - 2 Kings 14:4 & 15:35
2 kings 17.15 explain worldliness.
2 Chron 6.8-9 - They blindly walk into the JSOC not knowing that God judges the INTENTS of the heart (Heb 4.,12) which why our work is tried on what SORT it is (1 Cor 3.13)
2 Chron 15.3 - 3 things they are without
2 Chron 18.12-13 our DUTY isn't to declare soft positive tickling messages (2 Tim 4:3-4) its to declare the likes of vs 13.
2 Chron 19.12 - Dont walk with them, soldier (Rom 16.18, 2 Tim 2.3-4, Jer 15.17)
Isa 3.12 - laodicean men tend to be effeminate, as comfort (Rev 3.17) does that and being ruled by women (wife wearing trousers etc) (Isa 19.14-16) this through comfort ACTUALLY hinders them from learning much as learning is uncomfortable by its nature. (Ecc 1.18, Rev 10.10) They also tend to be very financially comfortable as Satan will continually provide for them to keep them 'miserable, poor blind and naked' spiritually. (Jer 44.17)
Isa 5.20-23 has them sandwiched between relativists and drunks
Isa 6.9-10 shows them just reactivity oppose biblical preaching
Isa 5.13 - Those numerics! captive and snared by Satan, then destroyed. Refusing Isa 28.9-13 has them snared, broken and taken. (2 Tim 2.26, Hos 4.6)
Isa 8.20 - they are in darkness and deceived (Isa 19.13-16) rebellious (1 Sam 15.20-31, Isa 65.2) Isa 66.4 - being deceived by government using Covid and vax - Jer 13.25-27, Isa 30.8-13, 2 Tim 4.3-4 as a result of taking the news media as their final authority - Jer 17.5-6, Jer 8.7-11 - brainwashed scholars are in vs 8-9, no wisdom in them (job 28.28) vs 10 has the materialism and vs 11 has them under the influence of the spirit of the age - liberalism, ecumenicalism, materialism, take your pick, the idols are plenty! (Acts 17.22) The other reason no bible believing Christians fell for the scamdemic as we can discern time and judgement (and should be praying for wisdom, discernment and freedom for deception daily) as it says in Ecc 8.5. Also, that verse is right after the verse that describes why the KJV has power. Ironic that isn't it?
Isa 29.9-14, megachurch style 'Christianity'
Isa 29.10-15 Alexandrian Laodicean blindness (always by a secret idol of the heart - Ezek 14.1-11) is like the 'deep sleep' that was put on Adam in Gen 2.21. Spiritually speaking the laodiceans are as good as dead, then. Bible revisers also make an appearance in vs 15 here.
Isa 30.1-3 - Christians whose final authority is state-sponsored media (BBC, CNN etc)
Isa 44.20 - Christian getting ashes at the JSOC
Isa 48.10-11 - they can go through affliction to earn treasure at seat (Rev 3.17-20) as not to be considered an 'enemy of the cross' note that Rom 8.7, Philip 3.18 and James 4.4 is addressed to SAVED people!!
Isa 56.10-12 - greedy materialism
Isa 65.5 - a habit of considering themselves 'holier than thou'?
Jer 1.17-19 - laodicean carnal churches TEND to have an unbalanced preaching regarding the 'life of Christ the man' and the atonement. They need to read Job 26.1-4. 'preach the word' as Paul said in 2 Tim 4.2 doesn't mean 'preach the gospel form the synoptic gospels every sunday' but its handy for a preacher that wants to rhyme on the same thing every week (telling saved people how to get saved week in, week out) instead of studying anything as commanded in 2 Tim 2.15.
Jer 2.30 - how modern bibles affect Christians that are into them Compare with introductory note.
Jer 5.4,7-9 & 21 & 39-31 - unbelievable. Just unbelievable.
Jer 8.7-12 - no word, no wisdom see introductory note. Jer 13.10 & 156.12 show they are good for nothing.
Jer 10.21 laodicean preachers
Jer 14,.14 - peace, peace, peace rubbish (Obad 1.7)
Jer 16.10 - How they really feel about the Lord, evident (Matt 12.33) by their lukewarm attitude about heavenly things
Jer 17.5 - A 'seeing is believing' attitude (Heb 11.1) the kind of Christianity that reaches as far as their nose.
Jer 18.18 (Lam 3.36) they slander bible believers, usually as cultists
Jer 20.10 they are guilty of this.
Jer 23.30-32 & 36 - god considers it theft when they don't declare negative truths to the lost (or just the fundamentals!)
The whole chapter of Jer 23!
Jer 36 - vs 18 inspiration is spoken, then written. Vs 21-26 is typical scholar and state reaction. Vs 32 - double inspiration, whereby the second copy contained MORE words than the lost original! (Ruh roh! says Scooby Doo)
Jer 42.5 & 20 - they portray themselves to be 'godly' and 'spiritual' (1 Sam 11.6) and carnal Christians and the unsaved fall for the pharisees' outward appearances every time (John 7.24, Matt 23.27)
Lam 2.14 - preaching foolishness
Ezek 3.18-19 & Jer 48.10 shows they have 'blood on their hands' as a result of refusing to be 'a fool for Christ' (1 Cor 4.10) and they are unclean harlots (Ezek 22.26-31, 16.1-34, James 4.4)
Ezek 34.2-5 - division happens as a result of personal preferences (sometimes guided by their own denominations) taking precedent (ye shall be as gods - Gen 3.5)
Ezek 33.30-32 - covetousness is the name of the game.
Psalm 40.4 - do not respect you - they hate you (its their pride and that Alexandrian spirit which is snake-like - Gen 3.1)
Psalm 119.104 - hate their ways. (Psalm 139:21) its disgusting to God (Rev 3.17)
Psalm 123.4, 106.12-16 & 35-36, (2 Cor 10.7,12&12.20) - Pharisees
Psalm 49.11 - They have the same worldly mindset, it shows in this regard
Ecc 3.16 & 5.8 - what else but Pharisees?
Ecc 5.1 - Their only sanctification (actually self righteous works) is church attendance and/or works of that nature (Isa 1.11-16)
Ecc 5.19 - There's that materialism again - leading to that blindness of Rev 3.17 (Isa 65.2)
Ecc 7.4 shows the heavy-hearted bible believer. (Jer 23.9-14 & 37.2) Carnals tend to be nice and happy as they do not get to be battle hardened, unlikely to even get bothered much by Satan as they are in his will. (Rom 12.2, 2 Cor 8.5, Eph 6.6) The problem though is as 90% of Christians are like this nowadays, so the unsaved wonder whats wrong with your attitude compared to those satanic Christians when you don't share their milksopped effeminate stupidity.
Ecc 9.18 - what DONT these soft carnal saved sinners destroy?
Ecc 10.2-3 - if these nuts fall for liberalism and socialism, the spirit of the age (Rom 12.1-2, Isa 32.5) the world sees the fool.
Song 5.2-6 Christ has to be outside their door as they make all their own decisions (John 7.33-36, 19.9, Isa 26.19-20, Rev 3.16-18)
* I have to say the whole term now as theres preachers out there, far too much educated beyond their intelligence, jealous of the work Im doing that have stole that term to describe their own church, when they are as brutally, blatantly Alexandrian as one could find. <sigh> - Read my new book for more on that - remember the hilarious oxymoron that is'Bible believing church, reformed in doctrine' was heard here first!
